How to generate VPA in SBI PAY App?

  1. Download SBI UPI App named as SBI PAY App from play store.
  2. The App will send a confirmation message from your phone.
  3. Enter preferred VPA.
  4. Enter your first name.
  5. Enter your last name.
  6. Enter your E-mail address.
  7. Select security question and enter security answer.
  8. Enter your bank name.
  9. Select Account after submitting.
  10. Complete the SBI UPI App registration process.

Other banks have not started giving UPI interface facility for their application so you cannot link those bank accounts with SBI Pay App or SBI UPI App.

How to transfer money using SBI UPI App?

To transfer money in SBI UPI App, follow these steps –

  1. Login to SBI Pay App.
  2. Go to Pay section
  3. Select debit account
  4. Choose recipients account details or VPA
  5. Enter amount and remarks.
  6. Click on PAY
  7. Enter your UPI PIN or MPIN
  8. Click on Submit to transfer money in SBI UPI App

To complaint about SBI Pay or SBI UPI App, follow these steps –

  1. Go to SBI UPI App
  2. Go to “My UPI transactions” section and click on “Raise Query” option.
  3. Select your query type.
  4. Enter your message in the remarks section.
  5. Submit to complaint.
